Microsoft to offer self-service refunds for Xbox One, details leaked

Here is an unexpected boon—Microsoft is apparently about to provide self-service refunds to users on both Xbox One and Windows 10. This news comes through a leaked image which appeared on Reddit, showing an announcement which seems to be on an alpha testing dashboard.

According to the message, if you have logged less than 2 hours of playtime, the games qualify for a self-service refund inside of 14 days. This is similar to the policy offered by Valve.

Lately it does seem like Microsoft has been doing more to make players happy—releasing some impressive specs for the upcoming Scorpio, and now this. Sony had better step up its game if it wants to keep up.
