The EU PlayStation Blog has revealed that the original Max Payne is coming to PlayStation 4 as part of the recent push to put classic PS2 games on the console store.
Along with some other titles, Sony plans to drop it on the European store on April 22nd. Unfortunately, Sony gave no date for when North American gamers should expect the game.
Remedy Entertainment, the study that just released the latest AAA hit Quantum Break, released Max Payne in 2001. After good sales it sold the rights to Take-Two Interactive, most well-known for its work on Grand Theft Auto.
The game joins 21 other PS2 classics available for sale. It will likely be priced for between $10 and $15 and will feature upscaled graphics.
